Laura Posey brings much passion to her work as CEO of Dancing Elephants Achievement Group. She is a “firecracker” who likes to create and get things done. Over the years, she has received numerous awards and recognition for her sales and management contributions to different organizations. Laura’s extensive sales career has covered the gamut from insurance to cars. She broke into sales in high school by selling cutlery door-to-door.
Laura is the co-author of Six Secrets of Sales Magnets. In this book, she discloses the differences between average, good, and great salespeople and shows readers how to become part of the top 5% of salespeople in their field.
Laura is hard at work on her second and third books and can’t wait to see which one comes out first. When not writing, you can find her teaching classes, doing speeches and seminars, and observing salespeople to see what makes them tick. Her driving mission is for each of her clients to earn a healthy six-figure income in far less than 40 hours per week.
Laura is also a travel nut and if she isn’t busy speaking, writing or consulting you can bet she is planning her next trip. She has trekked across most of the U.S. and enjoys traveling in Europe and Africa. She even put down roots in Germany for a couple of years to study, work, and immerse herself in a different culture.
She is also crazy about dogs. Gracie, her Ibizan Hound, and George, her Poodle-mix rescue pup, have Laura wrapped around their paws and they know it!
Laura is also CEO of SaveThisAnimal.com, an organization dedicated to raising money for animal rescue organizations via virtual adoptions.
Laura is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of State University of New York (SUNY) and received her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Tim Moore is the principal and owner of Dancing Elephants Achievement Group of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also a contributing author of the book “Six Secrets of Sales Magnets”. His mission, and in fact the only thing he gets paid to do, is show entrepreneurs and salespeople how to make more money in less time than they ever thought possible. He fills his days with teaching classes, doing private coaching and making presentations around the country.
Tim has almost thirty years of sales and training experience for such companies as Pepsi-Cola, Gillette, DowBrands, and L’Oreal USA.

Tim earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Elon University. Tim is active in his community and serves on the Triangle Alumni Board for Elon University. He is the Vice President of the Cary High School Imp Club (Athletics Booster Club), a founding and former board member of the United Professional Sales Association of the Research Triangle Park and an Ambassador for the Cary Chamber of Commerce.
When not working, Tim spends his free time obsessively pursuing a round of golf under 90, snow skiing, scuba diving, playing basketball and softball, playing the harmonica, learning how to play the mandolin, or making plans for his next travel adventure.
