Tim Moore

Principal and Owner

Tim Moore is the principal and owner of Dancing Elephants Achievement Group of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also a contributing author of the book “Six Secrets of Sales Magnets – How to attract all the business you want.” His mission, and in fact the only thing he gets paid to do, is show entrepreneurs and salespeople how to make more money in less time than they ever thought possible. He fills his days with teaching classes, doing private coaching and making presentations around the country.

Tim has almost thirty years of sales and training experience for such companies as Pepsi-Cola, Gillette, DowBrands, and L’Oreal USA.

Other achievements include:

  • National Sales Director for DowBrands Professional Division for seven years
  • Director of Business Development for a division of L’Oreal USA for two years
  • DowBrands Diamond Club in 1992 as the top salesperson for the company
  • Awarded Gillette VIP Award in 1987 as one of the company’s top sales professionals

Tim earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Elon University. Tim is active in his community and serves as on the Triangle Alumni Board for Elon University, the Vice President of the Cary High School Imp Club (Athletics Booster Club), a founding and former board member of the United Professional Sales Association of the Research Triangle Park and an Ambassador for the Cary Chamber of Commerce.

When not working, Tim spends his free time obsessively pursuing a round of golf under 90, snow skiing, scuba diving, playing basketball and softball, playing the harmonica, learning how to play the mandolin, or making plans for his next travel adventure.

Deidre Hughey

Partner

Deidre Hughey is a partner at Dancing Elephants Achievement Group of Raleigh, North Carolina. Her mission is to teach business owners and salespeople how to be successful without compromising their ethical standards. She fills her days with networking, one-on-one consultations, public relations and making presentations.

Deidre has over 15 years of sales, marketing and training experience. She is a proud graduate of the Dancing Elephants Achievement Group’s Mastering Sales Magnetism Program and spent a year helping to build a successful cold calling company in Raleigh, NC.

Very active in the community, Deidre is a founding member of the United Professional Sales Association (UPSA-RTP), a member of the Women’s Business Owner’s Network in Cary, the Chapel Hill Toastmasters as well as several Chambers and leads groups in the Triangle.

Deidre has lived in several states on both seaboards: New York, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, Florida, and California but brought her family to North Carolina and calls it home. When not working, she spends a majority of her free time with her husband and two children and holds a particular passion for music, reading and spending quality time with friends.
